Akaba
Akaba is a story that bothers on a rich young man (Odunlade Adekola). He is very generous and kind to his parents and family members. But his joy was almost caught short by a shocking discovery. This theme of this story is centered around the importance of keeping secrets. The part where Odunlade Adekola was saying the below really got me thinking:
Eni to ba feki Olorun bo asiri oun, ohun naa a bo asiri botisewu kori. Ohun ti won npe ni asiri se pataki. Ninu gbogbo nkan ti a ba se laye, koda ninu aye arawa funrawa, asiri se pataki. Aye ti awa ninu re yi ni a ti ri obinrin to bimo meta fun oko e to jepe oko re kolo ni ode bo asiri yen titi o fi ku.
It is translated as:
Anyone that wants God to cover his secret also has to keep the secret of others no matter what. Secrets are vey important. In eveything we do in this life, even in our own personal life, secrets are very important. Secrets are just like convenants. We have seen two friends in this world that they did not reveal each other’s secret even till death. It is also in this world that a man would know he is not the father of the three children his wife gave birth to but will not reveal the secret even until he dies.
Also Starring: Bolaji Amusan, Fausat Balogun, Wale Akorede, Olu Olowoogemo, Bisola Badmus.
